I fell out with my close female friend-we didn't speak for 4 months-we got too close for comfort, I fell for her,she didn't feel the same.To deal with this,I broke contact-(not the best idea-I know!)
I iniated contact by asking if i can add her as a friend on Facebook, she said yes.I asked if we're still friends, she said YES,but replied bluntly+rudely!Contact has increased just THIS WEEK via Facebook(SHE INITIATED IT) It's like it used to be!
I invited her to our group roadtrip and she will join us!
I also want to invite my female friend (we're just friends-nothing has happened). Here's a possible problem!
1.Will my friend (the one where contact has been re-established)think I'm trying to make her jealous by bringing my other friend? Or will it make her think I still like her?
Advice please!

take your new friend. its possible your old friend sounded blunt when you both got back in touch after the break as she feels awkward knowing how you felt about her, and maybe she could feel relief that you bringing a new friend so no need for awkwardness. if this girl doubts your reasons for bringing this new girl on trip then she needs to deal with it, like you have. and actually if you broke contact in first place i think it was sensible thing for you to do and it shows strength of your friendship that she still your mate after doing that. space and time apart is always a good thing. hope that all makes sense. if not im sorry x

so you broke contact because you couldn't handle the fact that she didn't want you and now you are going to try to make her jealous by inviting another girl. it wont work she doesn't want you period, get over it if you cant accept it and be just a friend then do not contact her.

Well, I would feel offended if I was the girl. And it would create a bad fib, having the 2 girls in the same car for miles and miles to go!!!

It will make her think you`re trying to make her jealous - which you so obviously are - and you will make her feel like an idiot - and after the trip you won`t hear from her again - and i for one wouldn`t blame her !
That is so rude and uncaring....

I think its about time you stopped posting this question. You ask the same thing, with a slight twist, just about everyday.
There are some things in life you just have to sort out for yourself.

It could make her think your trying to make her jealous.
It really doesn't matter if your are just friends with this other girl though..She has no rights to get jealous over it...she just wants to be friends.

Why don't you just ask her if she would mind you bringing another female friend with you on the trip? just explain it to her and then you'll know if she minds or not.

it depends on her kind of a person, if she is a jealous type she will think otherwise, do not invite your other friend now
