We are being bombarded by the liberal press-politicians-anti-war cowards to the point it is effecting the war. People (troops & Iraq civilians) are dying today because of the statements that are made by politicians/reporters that only care about their "Hate Bush" attitudes!

Reid’s comments to Bush were not anti-troop and a person should not be censured for telling the truth. It is certainly reasonable and responsible for the Senate Majority Leader to tell the President the truth rather than telling him the fantasies that Bush might prefer to hear.

He said the war is lost, but he did not say the war is lost by the troops. The war was lost because it was totally mismanaged. The troops did everything they were asked to do, they did a great job but the job they were asked to do was poorly conceived, unnecessary, and really badly planned.

Probably not, that is what this country is about – speaking your mind. To bad he has so little to work with though. This is not a partisan attack on him, it is my thought that he is sending signals and it is up to those getting these signals to decipher them. I would also suggest the comments were made to support his standing with a specific group of people – lets hope it is not just the enemy he is supporting and some of his own party will take heart from his comments.

I doubt it. Pelosi violates the Logan Act with her Syria trip....nothing.

Look at William Jefferson. He puts $90,000 of bribe money in his freezer and gets re-elected.

Gerry Studds has sex with a page who is a minor and gets elected several more times. A Republican sends an e-mail to a page and is forced to resign.

Marion Barry smokes crack with a hooker and gets re-elected.

A Democrat could pledge allegiance to Osama on the Senate floor and not get censured. If a Republican forgets to say excuse me after belching he'd get censured.

Republicans are held accountable for their mistakes. Democrats get re-elected for theirs.

That Democrat, Harry Reid, said Bush's idiotic 'strategies' have lost the war, and he happens to be right.

God gave us all a brain, but I think he forgot to 'boot yours up'.
