It's always nice to work in crowds that way you always have someone else to blame.

God is the essence of love. Love cannot exist in one being alone. Love in its proper sense is interactive. In order to properly manifest His love, He created us, along with everything else. Love also must be voluntary. You cannot force someone to love you. They must be free to either accept or reject love given them, and also be free to give or deny love. If God had made us robots that always obeyed without question, it wouldn't be real love that we were giving Him. This is why we were given free will. No one, not even God, will force you to accept Him or love Him. You have to consciously choose to do it.
Yes, God demands obedience to His will or there will be consequences. But is that really any different than parents with their children? Parents give life to their children, who can either obey or disobey those parents. Good parents always set rules and consequenses for breaking them. Children don't always understand why they are being told don't this and don't that..... Only much later with hard experience and wisdom do they eventually realize that their parents were right all along. God is the ultimate "good parent" who actually knows what's best for us better than we do - He's the only one with the overall "big picture". There are many things in this life that are mystery to us, and will probably remain so until the very end. At that point we will all be shown how exactly it all fits together.
Are God's statutes and requirements really unreasonable? I don't believe so.
Is God aware of what it is like to be human, and to suffer? Yes, He loved us so much that He became one of us, and died a terrible death to atone for the sin of all mankind for all time. Again, the same principle applies - we have free will to either accept His sacrifice for us, or reject it, because God loves us, and wants us to love Him in return.

"man who sold the world" - probably.
Isn't that why man created God? So we could also deny responsibility for shiit hitting the fan?
Whatever you believe, there's a lot of shiit up there that has to come down at some point.

He doesn't want heaven to get too crowded so he needed an excuse to send most of the poor dudes to hell.
He only wants the atheists to join him, so he can have fun talking religion with us and shooting pool.
The fundies always bug him by accussing him of having inspired the bible and making the world in 6 days.

Love isn't love if it is forced. There must by necessity be free will. Man chose to disbelieve God, and by doing so, disobeyed Him.
You need to do a deeper, more serious study.

I'm sorry but you have all of your facts wrong. That god you speak of is not the creator of the world. Jesus died so you could have eternal life. It is your choice to reject that, not his.
