gods excuse for this gods excuse for that.. wtf is wrong with all of you.. stuff happens.. thats why its called life. mass killings have happened throughout history. Why bring something like god into this ? You act like god is some king sitting up on the clouds playing little games with us. the idea of a personal god who created all the universe and gravity and the insects and what not for the sole purpose of conducting some kind of sick experiment with us is just self centered and RETARDED.
So instead of asking what 'god' knew why dont you ask what motivated the america to go to war?
Oil money. halliburtons stocks have shot up ever since oil prices have sky rocketed. Open your eyes.
what motivated 9/11 ? Religion and the belief in a personal god.
If anything the idea of god comes close to is a natural system of unseen forces and laws that we humans can only study and learn to manipulate.
so why dont you just go back to your couch and think about who wins the next american idol huh ? jackass...

Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. God's very last call isn't damn(Condemn: regulation). God did not deliver his Son to sentence(regulation) the international, yet that the international via him (via J-->C) may be kept(graced & truthed): John 3:17. via J-->C is as via regulation-->Grace; For Christ is the precise of the regulation, as if the precise of condemnation. there is hence now(of then/now) no condemnation(regulation). The God u . s . a . trusts in is regulation, which flat out states: - i will ignore & forsake you: Jer 23:39; playstation 22:a million; Mt 27:40 six the in straightforward words authentic God, the God of all grace, that God, says: - i will not in any respect go away nor forsake: Dt 31:6; Jos a million:5; Heb 13:5. element: merciful God ought to not in any respect damn(condemn) all and sundry. G.W. Bush's 'rule of regulation' will forsake & condemn u . s . a .. So u . s . a . could flush regulation God for "Grace is sufficient". regulation: antagonistic to us (all) ... God our Destroyer: unfavorable Grace: with you all ... God our Saviour: sensible The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

I take it you watched that documentary where the Soldiers who do not think for themselves blow up hospitals and playgrounds. God treats the world like we treat our TV. He's just a spectator, that doesn't even exist.
