Because people are like TV to him and it was getting boring and he wanted to see some action.

Sadly, it is nog God to have an excuse.
When we (mankind) chose to disobey God and eat the forbidden fruit, we chose to allow death to come in the world.
Just as God allowed us to choose not for Him, but against Him, He is still allowing us to choose to disobey Him.
I do not doubt that the people responsible for these killings will get their just paid unto them at the day of judgement.
But from the other side, I do not believe God would let people get killed if it would prevent them from choosing to listen to His voice, and not that of the worldly powers. So how harsh it may sound, God was and is just when he allows these people to die.

What does God have to say?

Luke 13:1 There were some present at that very time who told him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

2 And Jesus answered them, "Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered in this way? 3 No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish. 4 Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them: do you think that they were worse offenders than all the others who lived in Jerusalem? 5 No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish."

God doesn't need an excuse because He is not the one who massacred them.
Free will ....as Satan was given a free will, he rebelled, and with it comes murder, fornication, etc.
Because of man's sinful nature God will judge.

I am sorry! Did I miss something? Did God kill all these people? Wow! How did he look? Did anyone see him?

Or was it people that killed people? he gave us self rule because we rebelled and rejected his rule!

Do you know what self rule implies, or are you still wet behind the ears?

God will not leave abyone who commits sin. One day ever act of man will be judged. Now God is allowing man to da as per his own will. If man chooses God's will on earth he will go to heaven if he lives on his own will not caring God he will go to eternal hell. Let it be Iraqis or Americans. Gos is not the respector of nation.
