If an adult poses an indecent question to a minor, does this qualify as an offense; misedemeanor or felony?
How would they legaly prosecute if it were an offense?
This is for the state of California

If an adult asks a police officer ,posing as a minor, if they ever strip and show their tts online is this an offense?

Are you worried about some sick adults rights being violated?

If it isn't an offence to ask such a question, it should be. And the person who asked should be made to dissapear from the face of the earth.

Ask yourself this question. Is it more important to protect children or adults?

An adult is liable for obscenity and unjust vexation if he poses indecent questions to a minor. This offense is punishable under the Penal Law and he could be arrested by the Police Officers if a proper complaint is filed.

Indecent question to a minor does not constitutes an offence. Distance the minor from the person. As for posing as minor and indecent exposure on-line can't be justified that crimes have been committed.

I don't know man, but if I were you I'd stay away from those types of issues, because either way I think it would be very unethical and just morally wrong.
