Some models have this feature, but with all models you can achieve this effect in a semi-advanced image editor: simply use one picture as your background and superimpose the second as a layer with 50% opacity.

you may find this feature on a digital slr that uses detatchable lenses. go to mfg website & check

depends on the camera, nowadays, they have so many features, also you can edit on a computer too, traditionally no.
