it would take the right man in the right position (which I doubt is or ever will be you) to do such a thing but yes "one man" could start a third world war and if you want to know how the answer is still the same simple one it's been in every war Stupidity !

shooting a major leader of some country and saying you did it in support of another county that has bad relations with the so called first one might work....
or even better if you can make a dirty bomb and set it off in a major city and say what country sent you might work...
or set 2 nukes off in 2 country's and say that the other country sent it and same for the other....
then we might get ww3... how kool we can all die.....

Go to russia and by a nuke, there always losing them,
then take it to china ans detonate it in bejing
They will blame russia because they didnt see it on there radar and will launch a war against them. russia will attack and nato will tell them to stop it and then nato will attack. russia will counter attack and the usa will help nata.
