This is the big question regarding humanity, were Adam and Eve the very first human beings or were they a new and unique creation apart from other human but primitive life,there could well have been earlier humans made by God and these were if you like not much higher than animal intelligence,this could help to explain the similarities between primates and early man.
Adam and Eve we are told were created in Gods own image,this really means that they had a higher intelligence and the added ability to know and love the Creator with great understanding,they also possessed Godlike attributes such as the gift of integrity,this meant that they had full control over their inner passions unlike other humans.
After the fall they lost much of their giftedness and self control,the Bible puts it that they lost their former innocence,and so yes they would have pro-created thru sexual intercourse,this being the case then yes we are all related,even scientists know that the gene pool today is relatively small,in fact we have all at sometime seen look-a-likes, and not just in immediate families but even in different nations.

Adam and Eve were not the parents of all humans. If you read genesis 4:16, Cain was banished and went to the land of Nod where he took a wife and built a city.
16And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.
17And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.
Adam and Eve were the parents of the Holy lineage that Christ would spring from.

LoL, in the lord eye's we are. We are all created from adam and eve, because they are the one's that started the world and filled our nation with people everywhere. So yes in god's eyes we are! if you follow your family life, it will go all the way back to them.
