She sounds a little too jealous and possessive. Do you ogle other women when you are out with her or anything like that? Do you look at porn? These things make a girl feel very insecure. Other than that, I agree with some of the other people who have responded. Is your relationship worth putting up with her demands? I would hate to get permission to go somewhere without her.
The sad thing is, she will never feel secure no matter what you do, so just get ready for it. I couldn't stand it. Trust is of utmost importance in a relationship. If you don't have it, it will be a continuous battle.

She is going to think whatever she wants to. As long as you aren't cheating on her I would suggest going to counseling. The counselor will be the 'bad guy' and set her straight if she is out of line.
Do not under any circumstances marry her to prove your faithfulness. If you do it will haunt you the rest of your life.
I wish you all the best.

Probably because your attitudes have changed towards her and she senses your psychological absence from her. Try connecting more and resolving the situation directly with her. Remember that girls have high intuitive power and don't take things at face value. So try to sort out any misconception she might have of your friends or your time off, or even your attitudes. ;)

she is just curious... sometimes she doesn't even mean what she said or think that you cheated her, only that to be confirmed that you do not try or cheat her... she really loves you and that's the only reason she keep on having that kind of thinking towards you... the best way is that... let her know and show your love to her... that you do really care and never have the intention to cheat her.... tell her as often as you think its necessary that you care and love her... worry not...

If her behaviour has suddenly changed and she has started accusing you of cheating, then probably she is cheating herself, and is feeling guilty.
If she has always accused you of cheating, then she is a jealous cow.
Either way, you should think hard about why you're with her, and maybe consider getting out.

cud b that she's possive or may b becaue u hv 2 mny female friends with whom u r 2 friendly with or just her intution. its best u talk it out with her, n try and assure her in the best possible way that u lov her dearly, fully, totally, madly n wholly. infact u sud do something mad after talking things out with her, like take her out on dinner n hv all ur friends sitting around ur table n tell her u hv a surprise for her n when she looks around voila! ur friends pop up cards which says "i love u". that ud definately put her fears 2 rest!

immaturity-most likely both of you may be young and lets face it,a lot of males are so sexually tuned and view the "act" physically;while females tend to be more
mental....loving with their heads and hearts. Lusting out loud -so to speak-seems harmless perhaps, but she's vulnerable...build her confidence, respect her as a companion, let her know she's enough for you as a mate...Males often seem so content not to be with their girlfriend..just guys busy being guys with other guys while she's alone and lonely!!

happened to me too. turns out, some douchemag male friend of hers was trying to convince her i was cheating on her (when i never did, ever), presumably so he could get her. well, we did break up, but he never got her. douche.
anyhow, one of her friends may be persuaded (for whatever stupid reason) that you're cheating and may be telling her this, evidence or no evidence. and girls listen to their friends, esp. their girlfriends.

Maybe she's previously been cheated on and is very insecure... Otherwise, maybe she thinks that you've been flirting with other girls, or she may have seen you act a certain way with another girl, and misread it. perhaps she just doesn't trust you.
