Nor preventing Palestinians getting to their schools, fields and jobs by arbitrary checkpoints (not to mention keeping heart attack victims and women in labour waiting for hours in ambulances on the way to Palestinian hospitals, which is not an economic issue I guess).
Nor stealing Palestinian taxes and customs duties on the pretext that Hamas is an "unacceptable" government.
The Palestinians live in a big prison like factory-farmed animals. But at least farm animals get fed.

Your intentions may be good and fine.
However, the Palestinians may not wish to have to be grateful to you for success.
Any solution will have to involve both sides equally; one side patronizing the other will only create more hard feelings.
Don't be discouraged, though. It is great that you are thinking in positive, collaborative ways. Keep up the good work, because only by trying can you get to a solution.

The Palestinians are getting bombs dropped on them every day and night by Israelites. The Israel military is using Palestinians as human shields so they don't die. There are tons of innocent Muslim women and men in jails right now and your government refuses to negotiate with the Arabs and let their family members out but you expect the Arabs to release Israeli prisoners that they captured? Now that is not fair. Also the Israelites are repeatedly breaking the peace treaty with Palestine and continuing to terrorize innocent Palestinians and push them further back into Syria and Lebanon because the Jews are greedy and aren't satisfied with all the land they stole anyway. The Jews are building illegal housing on private Palestine land in the West Bank which violates your treaty you have with the Palestinians. You deny the thousands of Palestinians who were forced to flee into the desert when you stole Palestine with the help of the British and USA back in the 1960s citizenship. Even other Jewish people who weren't born in Israel don't get citizenship. And Palestine doesn't need your help in building an economy. They need you to quit bombing them day and night and leave them alone. Also I highly doubt the Israelites would let the Palestinians get an economy. You don't let them get weapons or food from Syria or other Arab countries so please don't lie and say you would now. Quit being greedy, move out of Palestine, and quit trying to kill every Arab you see see. If you want your own home move to Antartica or Utah since you guys love the USA so much.

I don't think it's possible to make their life good before the peace. To help someone else they first have to want to help themselves. That hasn't happened yet. Funds for the people went instead to weapons, and the Palestinian people chose Hamas over peace.
