We married three years ago. now its over. She is a bookkeeper and Notary Public, I ran restaurants. We made 100k last year. She served me divorce papers and has taken my name off ALL documents, insurance, bank accounts, homeowners insurance, etc. Also has gotten a restrainging order against me. She also has moved god knows what else pertaining to legal documents to her mothers house. Her father, A millionare, has retained her lawyer. Me..I am not able to go to my home, I have no money because she moved it all. I made 75k myself last year, and she was the "bill payer" Now I am living on my buddys couch. I am borrowing money from him for gas, etc. I found out today she has 3 savings accounts, and 2 checking. I never knew. I have been basically thrown out of my own home without a penny. She has total control. I have called lawyers, but they want money. I tell them the story and they say, call us when you have some funds. She also did not claim all her income on our taxes.

Is she scared of me?? are you kidding me. No. She is doing this because she has hidden assets. after i wrote this post, I called our bank and turns out she has 4 accounts there, that I never knew about. Yea shes scared allright, scared i would find that out im sure. she moved all our financial papers out of the house before i even knew it. I have no history of any violence, ever. I was with my sons mother for 6 years, and she will testify to that.

You need to contact a divorce lawyer immediately. I mean like tomorrow. If you have no dough you should be able to retain a lawyer by setting up some sort of payment plan. This is common. I have attached a site below. You should search for "California Divorce Lawyer" Grab a few names and start making some calls asap. Who knows what else she could be going after. Is your car in your name?? If not, you could lose that as well...

I'd like to hear her side of the story. She knew what she is doing. Is the restraining order legit? You KNOW the answer. Be honest.
She should not, though, have control of all money. Get an attorney appointed by the court NOW and get some help. Denial is losing valuable time.

Sounds like she is afraid of you for some reason and made plads to get away from you for a good reason.... If it is the reason most women do this ... well... you may have had it comeing!!!
