I do not know if you have ever seen this in a gym but it is a stick with a string, at the end of the string a place you can put a weight. 5lb, 10lb and so on. You roll and unroll it. This way is very effective on the forearms.

Wrist curls with a barbell and wrist rotations with a dumbell(you hold the dumbbell vertically like you would an ice cream and rotate your wrist in a clockwise and counter clockwise direction while resting your foreamrs on your thighs). Chin ups and leg raises while hanging on a chin up bar can help you develop stronger grip and forearms as an added benefit. Grips and squeezing a rubber ball also helps develop forearm strength. You did say stronger and not bigger right? I also remember doing a hundred repetitions of a Suburi(sword form exercise) with a Bokken(wooden replica of a japanese sword, usually made of hardwood) and getting a tremendous forearm workout.

Jeff spoke up first and correctly.
Many years ago I built one one these.
A piece of broom stick (fat one is better)14" long & 30 /36" of 3/16 rope.
If your handy you can make up a disk and dowel for the weights.Or just tie them on and start.
With arms extened roll up the cord and dwell. Then "Slowly" roll it back down.
Use weight that gives your forearms a good burning after 5 minutes.
Be careful of your hands if you over build your forearms.I have broken my fingers from running to much power to my hands.
One time comes to mind when I was trying to pull a guy off a friend of mine.I grabbed the guy by the clothes and pulled,he didn't budge,I grabbed again with all the strength I had and pulled, his clothes started to rip and I heard one on my fingers snap.
He out weighed me by 40 lbs or so,I guess I just used bad judgement.
Build your hands as well and think before you grab

Try to become a Baseball batsman instead of doing Martial Arts. You'll surely have strong forearms then.

Any kind of wrist curls. Also, many people roll a bar attached to a string with a weight on the other end. Either or both will do.
