My pool has been under construction since sept. 2006. Chris Esposito(owner of Windmill Pools) has no intention of finishing our pool He won't even return our calls! Buyer beware!!!!

I worked for a pool construction company. We were one of the good ones. We did what ever it took to make the customer happy, not satisfied, happy. This included included all manner of insanity. You have a bad egg here. Go the extra mile and help the next guy. Report this company or person to the BBB. They pursue the complaint and make the info available to the next potential customer. See how it could have worked out for you?

Two questions. Is there a contract? Have you paid any money to the company? If either answer is YES, take it to court. I have not had much luck with the BBB. Seems they can only police their members.
