I find it very disturbing that a bunch of old men are sitting around deciding what women will be able to do with their bodies.

it would bypass to the appropriate court docket, you're suited there. gay marriage rules are unconstitutional because of the fact they intervene on what is going on in a private homestead. As an individualist conservative i think of Prop 8 became unconstitutional. yet I additionally think of that a team that represents decrease than 10% of the national inhabitants should not be this sort of nearby of difficulty. it is not comparable to civil rights. i don't have self belief that congress or states could make a regulation prohibiting any form of marriage between 2 loving human beings of age and of diverse gene swimming pools...

ah gee, well so far, the only effect it will have is their not being allowed to have a baby that is old enough to survive outside the womb ripped out of her and have it's brains sucked out.
And that people have stopped buying the abject malarky about the woman's "health" being seriously endangered by bringing the baby to term. This is a reality in only an infinitesimal number of cases. Most of the time the so-called health being endangered was her "mental health."
It's a national disgrace that this crap has gone on as long as it has.

It means we go back in time before Wade vs Roe.
All the work which women have put into controlling their own bodies is undone.
We, as women, have the right to say what we can and can not do to our bodies.
The government will not take care of babies, we can't just say 'hey, you made me have the child, you take care of it' If we as a woman can not take care of a child where we were not able to access contraception or were not educated enough to receive a sex ed lesson then why are women put to blame?
We should be the ones making the decisions to terminate a pregnancy, not some high up official.

They've basically ruled that the State has the right to make almost any law the various legislations please restricting forms and methods of any medical procedure, or any form of birth control. They've tossed right to privacy out the window, so look for dozens of laws placing even more restrictions, till the procedure is outlawed in a lot of areas, if not nationally, except in the case of imminent death of the mother.
It also means that states and local govs can get back in the business of telling people whether they can have birth control, so start hoarding those pills and condoms now.

womens rights? wow. to have a partial birth abortion... thats murder.. thats something that should have been outlawed a long time ago. if you dont want the responsibility of getting pregnant and having a child then do not have sex. its really very simple.

You still have all your reproductive rights. You can chose from a countless number of birth control options and you can chose when and where you want to spread your legs. You just can't kill other human beings anymore.

I don't really care about so called "women's rights". (And I AM a woman!!!) I just think that abortion is horrible and people should really be more concerned about Baby's Rights. The baby is the one being killed by abortion......

Let's cut the bullsh*t and talk truthfully: a partial birth abortion is about murdering a full term baby. This is not about women's rights. It is about murder.
In a country where millions are trying to adopt, we have women killing their unborn babies.
