You can either turn it up or go to your volume controls by going to 'Start', 'Programs', 'Accessories', 'Entertianment' and then 'Volume Control'.

Hi. Are you saying one of your speakers is not working or are you only listening to one speaker. Check the cable and connectors to the speaker and amplifier and make sure they are fitting correctly. Have you got the balance control on your amp.turned fully clockwise or anticlockwise if so turn it to the center position. See if that solves the problem.

Did you press the speaker buttons on the front of your receiver?
