Don't open the e-mail, and DEFINITELY don't click on any links in the e-mail. The surest way to check for spam is to make sure your status bar is tuned on (right click on your window frame and check-mark it) then "hover" over a link on the e-mail. If the address on your status bar is different than what the link says, you can bet it's what they call a phishing e-mail and from someone trying to get your personal information.
If you use Yahoo! for your mail just click the messages box and hit the "spam" button.

yahoo does NOT have any lotteries! the only time they do offer money through email, is the occasional survey and the prize is only a couple thousand dollars. next time you see something about a yahoo lottery don't open it and put in the spam folder!

see it this way :
now they would try to contact u or ask ur credit card number.
this is surely a fraud trying to cheat u.dont pay attention to it.
by the way u ever played in that lottery game or they are sending u the e-mail on their own!!

No, and if they did they wouldn't just send you an email. You may want to forward a copy to yahoo's customer service so they know these are being sent out, and then delete it.
