Many, many women look better with their hair up in a high ponytail or casual bun or even a braid than with their hair down and straightened. Its just not fashionable anymore to wear it up but its soooo sophisticated looking! Try it sometime.

I like my hair down better because there are tons more styles to do on it than with my hair up. I only put my hair up on a pony tail when I'm playing tennis, when it's really hot outside or when I'm having a bad hair day other than that I prefer my hair down.

I like ponytails alot..but often i make my hair so slicked back that it doesn't look so hot lol so i have been trying a flat iron and using headbands or pinning back some on the top of the head

I say it depends on the face- if they got good features then show it off with a ponytail, if not they could wear it down- i personally like long thick curled hair :D

I try to wear it down as much as possible but have you ever had those days when you wake up and don't feel like spending forever on your hair? Then i wear it up. But Mainly stick to down it looks alot better.
