I was on the bus today and this guy kept staring at me, I tend to be shy so everytime i would look he would constantly ttry to smile at me and he also, was licking his lips and biting and all while staring at me and trying to smile at me?
What the heck does that mean when a guy bites and licks his lips? Men please explain.
