i'm interested in being an egg donor for people who have a hard time having kids, this is the number they had. 99lbs to 128 lbs, and i really wanted to do this. i don't consider myself a plus size girl, but they said 99 - 128 lbs were the standards for small, medium and larger girls. it just hurts.

Here's my Weight Loss Program through Body Building and Nutrition. It works!
If you want to lose weight, Don't Use Diet Pills.
They are bad for you. Most of them are just a scam or they are addictive. Counting calories is a pain in the butt.  It will drive you nuts. But, losing weight is simple. You just have to do the right things.
Fad diets sometimes work but, you can be sure that at least 25% of the weight you lose will be muscle. Then when you stop the diet you will gain back all of the weight you lost but no muscle. So, you will have 25% more fat than you did before! Fad diets just
aren't worth the bother.
Fasting or skipping meals will teach your body that famine is about to happen and your body will begin to store more fat to get you through the next period when food is not available.
Here's a simple trick that can help you lose weight without doing anything else. Drink a litre of water as soon as you wake up in the morning and then drink two more throughout the day. You'll notice a difference the first month.
Here's a better way. For every pound of muscle that you add your body will burn 3000 calories (1lb) of fat every day. That means that just by having an extra pound of muscle on your body you will burn a pound of fat every day! So, add muscle!
This is the fastest way to add a pound of muscle. Squats and Pushups! You do them on alternate days; squats one day, pushups the next. And you do them SuperSlow style. That is, you do the easy part twice as slow as the hard part. That way you fatigue the muscles quickly. Then you rest the muscles for 48
hours which gives the body a chance to make new muscles.
Squats should be done with a wide stance and all the way to the floor. Pushups the with palms shoulder width apart and all the way to the floor, then all the way up. Use the full range of motion of the muscle group you are trying to develop.
The idea is to tire the muscles out completely so do a set of squats until you can't do another, then rest for a couple of minutes and do it again. Do that 3 times and you're done for the day. The following day, don't do squats but do pushups. Do them the same way,
go down twice as slow as you come up.
You will lose weight fast, unless you add more junk food and fat to your diet. Instead, eat at least 5 to 7 different raw vegetables and fruits every day. Cut out anything that comes in a bag or package. Cut out all processed foods, soft drinks and sweets. Eat more grains and less red meat. Check out the Food Pyramid.
If you really want to give your body the best
possible chance to be healthy and fat free, go to infinity2.com and order their weight loss formula and Essentials for Life. That will give you all the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and probiotics that your body needs and will keep you feeling better and healthier. They also have a Proteabolic Mass Formula for serious athlete who want to build muscle mass quickly and safely.
Weight loss without exercise is not good. You need to eat healthy, exercise and get your rest. You will feel better, look better and be healthier. Try it for a week. You will notice a difference. You will feel better and that will motivate you to continue.
Losing weight only in specific areas of the body is impossible.  You can't just lose weight around the belly, for instance.
If you want tight, rippled abs, do crunches and leg raises every other day the way I described above.
Good luck!

GIRL, you see yourself how ridiculous that number sounds for you. Don't ever let somebody tell you that you're supposed to be "blank" number on a scale. It's about how you feel, both physically and emotionally. If you feel kind tired, or you know you're eating junk a lot, make some small changes that will really add up. Do some fun exercises and cut back on junk.. eat more fresh, wholesome foods. But DON'T jeopardize your health with some fad diet or whatever to reach a number that, you said yourself, was not made or meant for you. My "ideal" weight (the maximum ideal, not the minimum) is DEFINITLY not made for me either. I have curves, girl, and I won't ever and don't ever want to be that unreachable number. Little girls weigh 99 lbs, not real women. It's also quite unrealistic with your breast size to ever be 99 lbs. See, they just don't count things like that into those measurements. They're just a guide for the general public, not a rule for each person.

I would never recommend any diet ideas because they can sometimes make matters worst, just go with the food pyramid (trust me it'll help).

If you follow what i suggest for you without overworking everything, little by little you will get to where you want to be at.

Nice bowl of non-sugary cereal in the morning, and throughout the day eat a lot of snacks that are kinda high in calories and healthy but in small portions at a time. Don't eat the regular 3 times a day because this just makes your metabolism work really slow thus you gaining weight.

As far as working out there is a lot for you to be doing right now too.
Always start with a good stretch, this maintenance of flexibility through regular stretching as a part of warm-ups and cool-downs may help reduce the risk of muscle tears, strains, and stress injuries.
Do muscle strength and endurance exercises such as lifting weights (low weight, lots of repetitions). You can also use your own body weight to do the exercises like push-ups (diamond, wide-arms, close arms), and there are also many ways of doing sit-ups.
Go and get to RUN! this is really helpful because you burn lots of calories and reduce the risk of your heart to fail in the future. Join a sport too.

Read the Women's Health magazines or go to their website at womenshealthmag.com, that is where you get the exercises that will suit you best.

I hope I passed good knowledge to you.

stay physically and mentally fit .

Take it one step at a time. You don't want to lose 75lbs, you want to lose 2-3 pounds per week over the next year.

Just keep up a steady, regular exercise regiment, at least three days a week, as well as a balanced and reduced portion diet. Don't take treats out of your diet, just realize that treats don't need to be as big. You will enjoy the taste of a chocolate cupcake just as much as you would an entire chocolate cake, but the difference is huge (I'm in no way insinuating you'd eat an entire chocolate cake, just exaggerating for emphasis).

Good luck!

Genetics can play cruel tricks on all but do not despair there is usually a solution.

There are many different activities that can help you loose those unwanted pounds, such as professional wrestling, it is the only real solution for someone of your size as it has a very large apparatus and while you might need to get some tattoos, the extra exercise will do you good and you and you will get to wrestle other women.

Go you!

If you are not overweight you need to run enough to burn ONLY the excess of calories you had for that day. Why my answer? If you run six miles a day which burns about 600 calories or 100 calories per mile but you eat 800 calories more than you should of, than you are still 200 calories over than you should be after your run. Meaning you will not lose weight if you put more calories in your body, than you can burn off; inclusively you can even gain weight even if you're running. So to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. To maintain your current weight you only need to burn off the excess calories for that day. What you need to find out is according to your age and height How many calories you should have daily. Let's say you're suppose to eat 2000 calories per day but ate 2400 you'll need to run 4 miles to burn those extra 400 calories. Let say your overweight but eat 2000 calories per day than any amount of running should produce weight loss. Obviously the more you run the more weight you'll lose.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
