Is it normal for a boyfriend and girlfriend to spend almost every day together for a few hours each evening and when they are apart they miss each other even if just for a day? I am asking b/c my boyfriend and I have been going out around two months but we have been best friends for a year. We see each other every day almost and my friends and family are concerned. When we are together we are always kissing each other and holding hands and hugging and my friends think it's crazy. Is it?!

Its either that u guys r too affectionate or u guys can't get enough of each other. It wil pass alway as the relationship gets older. But if it doesn't it is definately a reason for concern becuse u will get too attached and won't be able to stand it when u 2 break up.

Nope but it goes away with time--you and millions of new lovers can't leave each other alone--then you just can't stand each other after a while--its nature--so enjoy the fun--be nice and don't do all this in public--it's not very nice for those of us that have to look at you two

Your friends are just jealous that they do no thave a relationship like that.
AND..... your family obviously have forgotten what it is like to be young lovers who just cannot get enough of each other. Enjoy it while it lasts and if you both are happy with how you are together - DON'T worry what anyone else says as it is none of their business

No in my opinion there is nothing wrong with this unless you are like 13 or something, lol. No, seriously it is fantastic, enjoy it and I hope it last forever. Your parents are just concerned, they love you. Don't get angry with them, it is their job to worry, I am a mom and I know this for a fact, we can't control it or stop it. Have fun, just be safe and don't let anything happen you aren't willing to pay for the rest of your life.

As long as you're not pining and moping terribly when he's not around, I think you're fine. My boyfriend and I are usually always holding hands and hugging when we're together, and we see each other pretty much every day when I'm home. So as long as your time isn't solely occupied by him, I think you're just fine.

I'm assuming you're a young whipper-snapper... There's nothing wrong w/ a few smootches and hugs, nothing wrong w/ hand-holding... But if you do it too much is when people start saying "GET A ROOM." Honestly, people don't really like to watch other people make out.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your relationship. As a matter of fact, it probably has a better chance of lasting because you did start out as friends. Sounds like you may be falling in love.
