I'm drinking skimmed milk right now, but I was wondering if full-fat, 1%, 2%, etc. kind of milk has more calcium? which is better for increasing height?

They all have the same stuff in them, its not like one has growth enhancers, that is just difference in the amount of fat that it contains.

there is no milk good for health, much less height;

contrary to what experts say and what Big Business tells you (through their relentless ads), milk is good only for babies; nothing in nature happens by chance, there is always an underlying reason for events that happen;

infants and babies have milk teeth because their digestive system is still developing and cannot, as yet, take in solid foods; as they age, the milk teeth begin to fall off; the first milk tooth that falls off signals us that the body is now beginning to change (to prepare itself to take in solid foods); it takes a long time for our digestive system to adapt to solid foods, hence it takes quite a while for all milk teeth to be replaced; when the last milk tooth falls off, that is the last day you are supposed to be drinking milk;

tell me, where have you seen an adult mammal (willingly) drink milk? this is not to mention that each mammal produce milk for its own kind; I have yet to see a mother mammal force its offspring to drink milk from another species;

regardless of the fat content, DO NOT DRINK ANY MORE MILK; unknown and unaccepted by many, milk is one of the causes of osteoporosis; don't believe? the highest incidence of osteoporosis are in the Scandinavian countries and the US where milk consumption are the highest; in Africa, where people are too poor to buy milk, there is not a single case of osteoporosis; something is not right here, right?

as for your concern about calcium, green leafy vegetables are among the highest sources of calcium; you want strong bones, eat your greens; don't believe? ask the horse, the cow, the giraffe, the hippo, the elephant - they don't drink milk (as adults) but look at their bones;

finally, for height, the maximum height a person can achieve (naturally) can be determined at age 3; whatever your height is at age 3, double that and it will be as tall as you are going to get; there is nothing you can take to make you continue to grow taller, but there are foods that if you do not eat, will not support your physical growth; anyway, why worry about being short? short people, on average, live longer than tall people;

consuming an excess of milk has no effect on increasing skeletal growth beyond the natural genetic potential

milk is high on the insulin index which is why many use it to gain weight. you might grow wider but certainly not taller if this is causing a caloric excess
