This happens to me also, so I will be very interested in the answers. It does 'rescue' me if I have a piece of fruit handy. I will then feel better almost immediately.

You may be hypoglycemic which means your blood sugar gets too low when you don't have food at regular intervals.
Keep a sugar with you like gummy bears. When you feel this way, eat like 3 of them and you should be better. The best thing is orange juice when this happens (doctors use this for people in diabetic shock) because it travels to the blood very fast, but its hard to always have OJ on hand, especially of you arent home.

i wish i knew the answer for sure, i feel like that sometimes too. i think there's a really good chance it's dehydration, try to drink more water :) i think it might also be low blood sugar, or maybe not enough protein since you're a vegetarian, but i dont think that would lead to dizziness... good luck!

You have not given your age, never mind.
Dizziness, fatigue ... etc occurs even in dehydration condition. Increase intake of water and fluids
you appear to be having symptoms of hypoglycaemia. (lowered sugar level in blood)
Get your blood tested for sugar fasting and PPBS
show the report to your doctor.
It can be treated, good luck
Till then, dont starve.

You might be hypo glycemic - low blood sugar. You can get a glucometer to see how low it is or when you feel that way, eat some honey.
