GOD do miracles> GOD miracles are defined by our thinking process as a form of healing from any physical conditions. The healing is possible by:" FAITH "! GOD is the Creator! He has the Divine Holy Spirit to heal any human life who believe in HIM . He did and He does everyday miracles in this World! Be aware that GOD healing doesn't come when you need at moment. Prays are the intercommunication with him only if:"FAITH" is in the human Soul! GOD answer the pray!
Your question does not challenge GOD to heal an amputees! It doesn't make any sense in a logical thinking in challenging GOD to heal an amputees! Those whom do not believe Him are inherited by evil forces that in a long run a Soul become part of Self destruction versus Eternity! The amputees is a physical human conditions within a genetic process of a physical body!
The choice is yours?

People heal themselves because of their faith in God. The healing of the amputees is not by growing back the lost part of their body but by the healing of himself in trying to go on with their lives prepare to challenge the needs of time trying to make maximum use of what is left to his imagination and willingness to face realities no matter how great are the odds.

Faith heals yourself. You have to believe in yourself before any healing begins. Whether you believe in that or that God heals, God can only heal on the body, what has a skeleton form. You are not going to grow a whole new arm or limb. What you can heal is your own self worth and your own belief in what you can achieve. God gives you mental strength, no matter what situation you are in. No matter what you believe, it all starts with your own self-love and your own faith in yourself. Everything else follows.

"Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people." (Matthew 4:23) Healing was not a side issue with Christ; it was one of the main issues with Him.
What about today? Does Jesus still heal? Listen to Hebrews 13:8: "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." Jesus still heals. He has not stopped healing.

Clearly, God really, really hates amputees. Someone should look into this.

God will heal all diseases, blindness, deafness, amputeeism, sin and even destroy death, when we see Him.

God has an eternal plan that we can never even begin to understand. He knows what's best for us even if it may seem aweful. Fair is not always equal. He knows what He's doing and everything, no matter how bad it seems, somehow will bring good in fulfilling God's plan.

Maybe it is our souls he is most concerned with. And by the way, my little boy amputated the end of his finger and the surgeon (who has a God given "talent") fixed his finger and it is healed...God has angels doing his earthly works too.

An amputation is not an illness...it's an injury. Sometimes an amputation HEALS an illness.

The world is fallen we all have sin...nothing is perfect. I believe God's timing is perfect and through faith you can move mountains.
Matthew 17:19-20 "Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, 'Why could we not cast it out?' He said to them, 'Because of your little faith. For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."
Luke 17:5-6 "The apostles said to the Lord, 'Increase our faith!' The Lord replied. 'If you had faith the size of a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it would obey you.'"
