Yup, some digi cams work as webcams too. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions but it usually involves connecting the cam to your PC, and when the cam software starts up you should have some options. Get pictures from camera, delete pics...blah blah... A webcam option should also be available if the camera supports it.

The software is the only place to look!

Yes. Any digital camera with a usb out put port can be used as a web cam. It is recommended that you use an external power supply for the camera though. You also need some kind of web camera software. Several are found on the net, some I understand are even free or shareware. Some cameras supply them on the computer disc that came with the camera.

olympus C-5060 can't be used as webcam. it is nowhere stated in it is literature that this digicam helps webcam function. If there is any exterior driving force or attachement which may make a conventional digicam artwork like a webcam, then i'd choose to renowned that too :)
