i would like to know if paula deen has any recipes that shewould share with a person who is a diabetic andits hard to find good recipes please let me know ..... ty vm lovedgirl 12000@yahoo.com

Paula Deen doesn't have a cookbook for Diabetics.

Well I didn't find any under Paula Deen, but if you search in the site under diabetic, you'll get 6... But... If you go to the Lady & Sons website, there's a "contact us" and they might help you more from there, sorry I couldn't help more...

Paula Deen's Applesauce Bread~~~~1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup applesauce
2 large eggs
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour an 8 by 4 by 3-inch pan.
Cream butter and brown sugar; add the remaining ingredients; EXCEPT the raisins and nuts; Mix well until blended.
Stir in raisins and nuts; pour into loaf pan; bake 60 to 65 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean., Enjoy.


Diabetic Peanut Butter Fudge~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
10 tablespoons half-and-half
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
16 teaspoons artificial sweetener
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts

In heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and half and half. Stir in peanut butter.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and artificial sweetener.
Fold peanuts into fudge.
Spread on a greased plate.
Chill.
Cut into pieces.
