The school year is coming in 3 months and i want to lose 25 pounds and i want to build up abs and leg strength for the wrestling team. i need to prove all the boys wrong on the team.

2boys4dogs i want to prove them wrong because they think i cant reach my goals. And i do have a life i have to deal with my boyfriend having seizures

have you heard the four "d"s of dieting? Delay, distraction, distance and decision. If you are hungry now, wait another hour before eating, If some food temps you, keep it at a distance, in the trunk of your car or maybe get the item one at a time at the store rather than keeping a stock of it in your pantry. Do things that are fun. If you are focused on a good novel, it might distract you and keep your mind off food. If you finally do give in and eat, make the right decision. Eat something healthy and low calorie rather than junk food with a lot of calories

First. as far as losing weight, cut out all salt. Hit the cardio hard, and you will lose weight.

As far as proving the boys wrong, at the risk of hurting your feelings, get a life.

I mean, who cares? What ELSE could your attention be on? Getting YOUr life in order? Getting help to others? Helping someone close to you?

Screw the boys. Do something that will MEAN something after the next 2 months.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

i lost 15lbs in 5 days

1)jogging every morning (haw far? depends on your stamina)
2)tae bo 5 times a week (1hr)
3)hot yoga twice a week (1hr 30mins - to strech and relax your muscles from tae bo and jogging)

eat healthy and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.

eating jalapenos and taking 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism!

-i feel toned and really healthy =)

i dont know how women do with weight loss, but im a 19 year old male and i have lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks on weight watchers

well start off by getting a good trainer...then get a checked by the doctor to see if everything is ok...work out...hmm lift atleast 5-15 pound weights...run 1 mile everyday...eat healthy...good luck!!
