Yes. If you have store-bought AA, AAA, etc. batteries, they get used up real fast because they don't carry that much wattage and digital cameras need a lot of electricity. You should go to a place that sells electronics and digital cameras because they can sell you rechargeable batteries that last longer and don't need to be replaced constantly.

The rechargeable batteries will cost more initially, but you'll save money in the long run because you simply put the re-chargeable batteries in the deck when you're not using the camera.

i offered a charger and rechargeable batteries for mine. The charger and batteries value me around $20, despite if it has stored me greater effective than that. i do no longer think of any familiar batteries quite final that long in a digital digicam. My Energizer battery charger got here with 4 AA batteries.

I heard that is. I was told to buy rechargable batteries and a charger when I got my camera. They seem to last a bit longer and you can always recharge them and not have to spend so much money in the long run. Hope that helps!

i have the same problem, so i bought the battery's specifically for digital cameras, and they say that they are supposed to last for 7 times longer. Energizer and Duracell produce them, try that...i did and they really do last longer. They are a little bit more expensive, but i think its worth it...:)

I have had several digital camera's that do that same thing. I had hp's and both did that. My dad has olympus and has been on the same batteries for 3 years. I would say we have defective camera's.

I don't think so. If it's a rechargeable battery, I found these to die quickly so I stopped using them and got normal (disposable) batteries.
