After diarrhea......why does the inner behind get so raw feeling. It feels dry and irritated !

You pass a lot of stomach acid. It burns tender tissues like those in your anus. Try some petroleum jelly like Vaseline to protect your skin. It's soothing too. It'll clear up in a day or two.
AND to combat diarrhea try eating according to "The BRAT" That stands for Bananas, Rice, Apples and Toast. It'll give you the roughage your body needs and drink plenty of good old water. Cheese is binding too! As is Oatmeal. Don't forget Imodium!! It works fantastic!

Its stomach juices, EVERYTHING comes out faster when you have diarrhea. It will pass after a couple days.

You irritate your behind from wiping with toilet paper so many times. Try some vaseline on your bum.
