What Christians would get mad at that? I'm a Christian and I like to wear black now and then. Nothing wrong with that

I wear black a lot. No one at Church has ever gotten mad at me for it.
I did get some nasty comments from women at the bar one night because I was wearing a shirt that said:
"If it has **** or wheels sooner or later you have problems" with a naked girl straddling a motorcycle.
Come to think of it, if I wore that shirt to church people would probably get just as upset with me.
By the way, that was before I was saved and yes, I did go home with a woman on the back of my bike.

I don't think it has anything to do with the color, as revernds often wear all black, as well as many church goes wear black dresses or suits. You probally dress up all "goth" to get attention, and it seems to be working. I am sure you like making christians angry, so what is the problem?

I wonder what you'd look like on the beach (besides a beached humpback whale, of course) wearing a thong?? Was your senior picture an arial photograph?? I believe that is a huge flaw in many churches toay. Because of traditions, many older generation people (and younger, too sometimes) automatically assume that black=hooligans who are disrespectful and not a follower of Christ. In a youth group I was helping with back home, we had a lot of the "emo" looking kids who wore all black and when they came to church services, they did not feel welcomed because they were stereotyped. It is a ridiculous flaw in the hearts of people...some of my friends are starting a non traditional church so we can reach out to the people who feel totally neglected and turned off by the judgemental atmosphere.
