Which movie should I see Disturbia or Vacancy?

Only answer if you have seen Disturbia. I'm seeing one of the other tomorrow. It's a toss up right now.

Come on let's be realistic about the rip off thing. We are talking about Hollywood here. If I was looking for something original I would never go to the movies. Everything out is ripped from something else.

I watch Vacancy. Overall a good movie that end weird if not badly. Thanks

It's tough. I'd think "Disturbia" is a blatant "Rear Window" rip-off, but sometimes, a rip-off can still be decent. The kid and David Morse are good actors. It doesn't look terrible, just duplicative.

On the other hand, on account of the cast, and that there seems to be two central characters, "Vacancy" may be a departure in many ways from the average slasher, chop-up, gruesome movies, made for the sake of nothing more than just that. Luke Wilson and Kate Beckinsale can make movies differerent than this, so I'd wonder, why did they? Is there something in it that is interesting.

Certainly the two have made some crummy movies, but this type of movie is looked down more than what they've done before. So, I wonder...

When "Scream" came out ten years ago or so, one could have just said it was just a slasher film, but it wasn't. And perhaps, "Vacancy" isn't.

If I had to pick one, I'd go with "Vacancy," though I'd probably be disappointed.

If "Disturbia" stank, I'd probably wouldn't feel as bad, since I have less expectations of it. There's no way it can be as good as "Rear Window."

So, "Vacancy."

Neither from the two i'd choose, but really if you had to...go with disturbia, it's an alright film and besides there's a cool song in the trailer...love the song more than the movie.

sick be ordinary with you, i havent seen emptiness yet, yet I definitely have seen disturbia and grindhouse while they got here out disturbia develop into particularly sturdy, it develop into some thing that's suspenseful and could have you ever questioning whats next for the time of the action picture. if youre searching for a sturdy chortle yet nonetheless want a average scare, then grindhouse could be your decision, its 3 hours suggestions you, and its 2 diverse video clips. with a bit of luck this facilitates u! and have exciting!
