its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week (except in the beginning or if you have a lot to lose). if you lose more than that you might be losing water weight and muscle which is gona come back as soon as you start eating normal.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Losing weight at a slow and steady rate is the best way. Don't listen to the fast-weight-loss-advertising, as it is not healthy.
You need to keep track of your daily calorie intake. The amount of proper calorie intake for weighloss is determined by your weight, age, gender and body size.
You need to exercise because you don't want to lose muscle. By starving yourself you will lose weight, but you will be flabby and weak, and that is no good. Don't lose more than 2 pounds per week. Slow and steady is the motto to get lasting results.

typically it is unhealthy. If you are just starting to diet (like the first two weeks) you may lose more weight from fluid loss. Try and stay hydrated so that this doesn't happen

Also if you are very obese then is is okay to lose weight more quickly because the risks associated with being so overweight outway the dangers of fast weight loss.

Yes. Even two pounds a week is too fast. You will lose one pound a week (which is a safe rate that you can do indefinitely) by eating 500 fewer calories per day than you burn.

it relatively is healthful to lose 2 pounds a week so .5 isn't plenty over that so i might say it would be healthful, yet you may desire to purpose for no extra desirable than 2.5 a week, Anymore may be over your shrink. And specific its no longer in straight forward terms obtainable yet its extra desirable than in all risk as long as your eating healthful foodstuff alongside with the exercising/weight loss software plan you have is very almost all you may ask out of for somebody who's dropping weight. super pastime and that i might desire to get you credit for for sure gaining knowledge of this and doing it the clever and healthful way. don't be disappointed for people who benefit weight the 1st few weeks, it would maximum in all risk be muscle and water saved by using that muscle, And as properly don't be discouraged in case you spot you in straight forward terms lost a pound, it is going to come off as long as you have the will for it too. keep on.
