Well that blows most of my conversation starters out of the water. Just start someware and let the conversation flow. If you start thinking too much about the conversation you will get too nervious.

A good conversation would be about something that you both are interested in whether about nature, sports, family, future plans, etc.

well try talking about what he likes to do socially and what his family like.a great thing mostly is to talk about God and see how he feels about that.
