Foster mom frustrated with CPS, 911
Two different agencies are now investigating complaints after a mother says her desperate search for her missing foster child was greeted with no answers, and little help.
Both Child Protective Services and 911 are looking into her allegations that both agencies failed her at a time when this community is supposed to be banding together to protect our children.
Annette Lewis says somehow CPS misplaced her foster daughter and she had no way of getting a hold of the agency. Fearful the baby was in danger she called 911 only to be told her report didn't qualify as an emergency.

This makes me wonder why CPS had her foster daughter in the first place...

I would believe it....My kids are with CPS right now & they have hurt them more mentally than I can say.....It is a totally messed up system!!!

Above all, I would pray to the Lord to return my child back to me, getting help from people who would want to help me with this problem.

just in case anyone ever asks me why I got an abortion vs. adopting my child out. . . . THIS would be why.
