Physics has not given the exact cause of most of the natural incidents that happens in this world. To explain, take the example of a car. Car can make us move due to the powerful engine it contains. But that is not the primary cause a car can move. A living being has sit inside the car and drive it. Human beings have not yet designed anything that can drive the car safely, smartly and happily. In other words, the mechanics present inside a car alone cannot make a car to move. A living being has to be present to move it. Now let us move to the natural incidents. For example, there is lightning, thunders and during rainy seasons. Physics give reasons for this but it is not giving the primary cause for this incident. The primary cause is not given by the science. If something is happening systematically, there are 3 causes:The material cause, Instrument cause and Cause due to the Desire- continued below-

If we take the example of car, car moves due to the material things like iron, rubber and so on and Instrument causes like steering, pedals and so on. But the original cause is the human being who is directing the car. In religion, it is mentioned that there are demi-gods who control the nature. Why cannot they be the primary cause of all the natural incidents?

Science and philosophy are NOT 2 different things. The scientists are inherently philosophers.

What I mean to tell is though physics can be applied in the real world, it is not giving the real truth behind the natural incidents of this world. It is only giving details on the mechanics of the activities but not of the driver of the activities. In other words, the physics is giving the virtual truth while religion is giving the actual truth.

The scientists are understanding the human body since time immemorial but still they have not reached to the point to make a dead person live(not even an dead ant) though they boasts that they know how a human body parts works. All the things that comprise the human body are present in the nature, but still they cannot reactivate a dead person. Does this mean that scientists have just understood the virtual truth behind the human body, not the actual truth?

you can explain 1 + 1 = 2 but you cannot explain what is 1.

We need some basis that we all understand and agree. By using the basis, we can communicate and you will understand what I meant. However, what we know may be just tip of the iceberg.

If I were the God, I tell you the truth of everything. You may not understand because you do not have the knowledge to comphrehend what I tell you.

It is like describing 'snow' to a butterfly which dies before winter. It is difficult to tell a blind person how rainbow looks like.

If you think physics works in our world, just apply it.

Physics is a set of increasing complex mathematical models that allows prediction of physical events. The "correct" models are determined by the consensus view of trained people operating under rules of logic and the scientific method. It is the limits that physics places on it inquires that is responsible for its success. In physics you can conclude , if lightning then thunder, with out knowing the source of the lightning. When philosophers dominated science and were seeking to find the true nature of things they came up with four essential elements, earth, fire, air, and water. Primary causes are best left to philosophers and religion.

it's all very well to go on about desire, but societies that do that do not contribute anything to humans material lives. ONly western science has made significant improvemnt to humans lives materially. The spiritual matters are as they have always been and always will be.

Why do you even bother to ask? It is clear that you do not wish to be confused by facts that contradict your preconceived notions.
