No need to go that far (though you can if you don't want to get in the car). Go to any mom & pop vitamin/heath food shop. They don't have it on the shelves, but more often than not, if you make nice with the guy behind the counter, and he will magically appear with a bottle or two from the back room. Ask for Lipodrene (the yellow ones), they work wonders. Just don't waste your time with chain stores like GNC or the Vitamin Shop, they don't have them.
If you don't want to go through all of that trouble, you can buy them online too. Do a google search, you can order them from just about anywhere (overseas, Mexico).

If you ask managers at GNC they usually sell it under the table. You have to pay cash though. The girl working there tried to sell me some recently called Trimethyline. Not sure if I spelled it right. I think they wanted 35 bucks a bottle.
I have also found it at gas stations right by the register in 6 packs sold for "asthma". It's in a black pack and simply labeled Ephedra 25mg. In my area (MD) it is carried in the Royal Farms gas stations.
Also, some states carry it again. I know you can buy it everywhere in Georgia, for example.

The best chance to find any illegal body enhancement drugs would be at the gym. Look for the guys or girls who seem pretty hardcore in their workouts. I base this on the documentaries and studies I've watched for my professions.
P.S.
Redline is a decent substitute for ephedra if you want to take the legal route.

I used to drink a tea(prepackaged in portions) that had ma huang (ephedra) in it, never had a single problem. If you do by some chance want to take it, go to an herbalist or a Chinese herbalist (better yet) who knows exactly how to measure these things out. Doing it yourself could prove deadly if you take too much.
I'm personally pretty angry at the fact the government banned it. It works great for sinusitis.

anna please leave it alone!! it is not a magic potion, but even without abuse it can result in your heart stopping. if you are so desperate to lose weight that you are willing to risk death shouldn't you be able to handle some exersise? yes it is banned for good reasons and getting it on the black market who knows what you are really getting? it could be even worse. there are some perfectly safe medications available from the doctor to assist is weight loss why not have a chat with yours? best wishes.

you can get ephedrine at the pharmacy its in asthma meds (otc)
ps ..Primatene Mist ..i wouldnt take it with caffiene ..
