My school will be on lock down due to the fact that someone has set a BOMB THREAT for the past 6 years on 4-20

My school gets mad if we skip on 4/20.
Apparently they will call our parents.

You really need to talk to your dad and let him know what is going on, make arrangements with him that if you go to school and if any of these things happend is it possible he can come get you from school early.
At any time during the day you start to feel unsafe or uncomfortable then you need to let staff at your school know and ask to call your dad. Maybe just talking to him durning the day will help you or if not ask him to come get you.

I agree. Talk to your dad and let him know that you are truly scared and not just trying to use an excuse to cut school. Also, let him know that you would like to have all your assignments for that day to do at home so you will not get behind in your work....that way he will know you are serious about being worried.

Explain to your dad the real situation, and its not because you just don't want to go. Offer to do something else productive like chores or studying or homework during the day.

Well can't you say your just scared or you dont want to go through all of that because you know its going to happen. tell him you`ll make up all the work that you missed and you`ll catch up when you go back on monday..
