My brother was in a car accident on December the 29,2004 and 20 foot of gaurdrail went threw his car. we were told that he should have died instant but he lived an hour and a half.

I am really sorry for your lost but wondering now if it was an accident or on purpose is not going to bring him back. I am not trying to sound mean. but remember the good times you had with him, and he is still with you . he is in your heart. but if you really want to know. find the accident report and ask them some questions, I really hope you find what you are looking for. my prayers are with you.
