Actually, no one should observe the Sabbath anymore, because since Christ instituted the Christian congregation, we are no longer under the Mosaic Law anymore.

The non catholic/christian countries. This is because Sunday is the day Jesus came to live after death. It used to be Saturday, like the Judaism, but changed because of it.
