Myspace.. there are a couple thousand different groups that deal with any variety of health related issues.. some of them are quieter than others.. and it usually takes 7 days of a waiting period before you can post in them (a deterrent for the spammers)
A Myspace page can be very basic or very elaborate.. there are plenty of people with very simple pages, so don't feel overwhelmed by the idea that you have to know a lot about webpages in order to participate. There are a lot of great people, in similar situations in life, on there to help you expand your social network. Totally anonymous if you choose.
Might want to give that a try?

Depending on what you are dealing with, there may be an applicable message board for you at

Newlife.com look under Community, or call 1-800-NEWLIFE and ask about which board would apply to you.
They have an excellent daily radio show also available online where people call in with their questions.
If you desire to seek counseling, they have a referral network of counselors in nearly all parts of the country.
