Many women miscarry a few days after conception, without even realizing they were pregnant. When you get to heaven, you believe you'll meet these kids, right? How do you feel about that?

Eeee... Creepy proposition.

This is raising a whole SERIES of questions. Do they go the Heaven at all? Are they subjected to the same rules about repentences that the LIVING have? Are they considered naturally sinful along with the rest of the species even though they never had a chance to even learn what sin is?

When miscarriage happens, whether you know you had one or not, something goes wrong in some of the information it needs or is missing in the DNA . Because of this the baby will abort. Sadness, often follow as well as feelings of guilt, particularly by the mom. She often feels maybe it was her fault in some way, but it isn't.
In actuality, nothing anyone did or didn't do is to blame for the aborted pregnancy. Different things go wrong all the time when your living in a fallen world. I believe things like this could be the effects of sin upon nature itself... so when the baby is not okay, sometimes the processes of nature will cause a miscarriage.

I've actually had that exact thought myself.... because I've had this happen to me...only I knew about it because I took a test...if I didn't, I never would have known....I'm sure it happens a LOT. But in heaven, yes we are reunited with all, but as sisters and brothers in Christ - one big family...not separate families....to my knowledge, anyway.

When we get to Heaven, we will have a new body and yes we'll meet everybody there and I think we'll know who they are but we wont know that they were part of our family, just like our mothers and fathers and grandparents or husbands and wives...we'll know them but not as we knew them down here...I wont be walking around with my husband up there, as husband and wife...We'll be there to praise God forever! We wont remember any of this life down here because if we remembered, then there would be sorrow and pain and tears for the ones who didnt make it...And the Bible says there'll be no sorrow, nor pain, nor tears..I'm excited, aint you!!!!!

Yes, I believe this is true. If I do have children (unknown to me) in Heaven now, then that is a joyful thing. I look foreward to finding out for myself!
