Ok so right now i'm 5'4 1/2, 14, and i weigh 115. Will i lose weight if I run for 1 hour a day, do sit ups, leg, lifts, and wall push ups, plus walk some each day. Oh plus I'm probably going to become a vegetarian, not that that really makes a difference but whatever. Well ya, and how much weight do you think i can lose in 2 1/2 months? thanks in advance!

thats really hard to say considering that people lose weight in all different ways, some drop it fast in small amounts and some dont lose and then drop a lot at one time. but just a guess if you are doing all that consistently and eating better then probably...3 pounds a week give or take...anymore than that would be unhealthy considering you arent over weight

You don't need to lose weight. You are at a healthy weight for your age and height.
You're also way young to be thinking about these kinds of things!
Take it from someone older than you, don't even get into the trap of thinking you and your body aren't good enough. Learn to love yourself and your body. If anything, exercise for the fun and health of it! It's good for you whether you lose weight or not.

Your weight is perfectly normal for your age and height. If you are really sure you want to lose weight you do need to exercise but you also have to eat right. If you turn veg. you have to take vitamin supplements from what you don't get from meat because it will help you.
But above all you don't need to worry about your weight. It's normal.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

your weight is fine, but working out will probably tone up your muscles a lot, which will make u gain weight on the scale (cuz muscle weighs more then fat) but loose any little jiggle on your body. so yeah, in 2 and i half months u could be one rock solid chica!! go for it!! just make sure to not UNDEReat
