Hi Mommy

Here are some ideas to rid of the issue.

Cause
Shingles can be due to chicken pox (in children), pleurisy, Bell`s palsy, herpes simplex, appendicitis, colic, gallstones, colitis, trigeminal neuralgia, or contact dermatitis. All of these conditions must be screened for and, if present, properly treated to provide lasting relief from shingles.

Caution: Shingles eruptions that last longer than two weeks can be a sign of underlying immune problems or cancer (particularly Hodgkin`s disease), and therefore require immediate medical attention. In addition, see an ophthalmologist immediately if herpes zoster occurs near the eyes or on the forehead, as it can cause blindness.

Natural Cures

Aromatherapy: Massage the essential oils of lemon, geranium, bergamot, eucalyptus, tea tree, lavender, or chamomile along the affected area.

Diet: Eat an organic, whole foods diet that emphasizes fresh fruits and vegetables and minimizes carbohydrates (avoiding refined carbohydrates and sugars altogether).

Flower Essences: Crab Apple.

Herbs: Combine equal parts of oat straw, St. John`s wort, and skullcap tinctures and take one teaspoon of this mixture four times a day. Peppermint oil applied topically can also help reduce pain, unless the skin is excessively dry, in which case it is contraindicated.

Homeopathy: Useful homeopathic remedies include Arsen alb., Rhus tox., Sepia, Natrum mur., Hepar sulph., Caladium, and Acidum nit.

Hydrotherapy: Hydrotherapy is the application of water, ice, steam and hot and cold temperatures to maintain and restore health. Treatments include full body immersion, steam baths, saunas, sitz baths, colonic irrigation and the application of hot and/or cold compresses. Hydrotherapy is effective for treating a wide range of conditions and can easily be used in the home as part of a self-care program. Many Naturopathic Physicians, Physical Therapists and Day Spas use Hydrotherapy as part of treatment.
*Purified water is essential for any hydrotherapy treatment. Remedies for Treating Chlorinated Bath Water offers clear instructions and recommendations.

Juice Therapy: Drink carrot and celery juice with one tablespoon of parsley juice once or twice each day.

Nutritional Supplementation: At the first sign of outbreak, apply zinc oxide along the path of the affected nerve area two to three times daily. Other helpful nutrients include L-lysine, vitamin B-complex, vitamin B12, BHT, calcium, and high doses of vitamin C plus bioflavonoids. Topical application of vitamin E can also be helpful. Snake vaccine made from venom has also been known to take away the pain of shingles.

Topical Treatment: Apply apple cider vinegar to the affected area.

Alternative Professional Care
If your symptoms persist despite the above measures, seek the help of a qualified health professional. The following professional care therapies have all been shown to be useful for treating shingles: Acupuncture, Biofeedback Training, Detoxification Therapy, Energy Medicine (Light Beam Generator, Ondamed, TENS), Magnetic Field Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine, Neural Therapy, Orthomolecular Medicine (Vitamin B12 injections combined with adenosine monophosphate), Oxygen Therapy (Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy, Ozone), and Reflexology.

Best of health to you

Shingles is caused by the same Herpes virus that gave you chicken pox. Sometimes the body isn't able to remove all the virus from the body, and the virus inserts itself into a nerve cell and goes into a sort of suspended animation. At some point later in life when the immune system is busy elsewhere, or not as efficient, the virus wakes up and begins to reproduce. It travels along the nerve branch to the surface of the skin where it breaks out in a multiple tiny blister formation. The blisters are full of the chicken pox virus, waiting to infect the next person. It is not curable, but it is somewhat treatable. You can take antivirals to help supress the outbreak and get it under control. It will never go away, it will just go back to sleep. If you have multiple outbreaks, then sometimes doctors prescribe the antivirals full time to help keep them from happening. In order to develop shingles, you first have to catch chicken pox- which is a good reason to have the vaccination in the first place. For those of us who weren't able and caught chicken pox, shingles will always remain a possibility.

Shingles is the same virus that causes chicken poxs. It affects the nerve endings in the skin. To start you feel burning under the skin then a bunch of blisters appear on the skin. It really burns and stings. You can get a shingles vaccine with 72 hrs. of the first eruption but if you wait too long you can be faced with months of pain.

Shingles is a disease caused by the same virus that causes chicken pox, Herpes zoster. When you had chicken pox (probably as a kid) some of the virus stayed behind living in nerves near your spinal cord. Later in life something triggered the virus to become active again. This often happens during periods of stress, or as you get older. Because the virus is in the nerve, it affects the area of the body that the nerve serves, called a dermatome. This is often a swath of skin across the chest or back. The main symptom is a painful rash along the nerve.
Herpes zoster can't really be cured; it is treated the same way as genital herpes with antiviral drugs to control flare-ups.

I got diagnosed with herpes simplex virus (type 2) about four years back, whilst I was still in college and had a silly one-night stand. I understand loads of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with someone who has sores around her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/9KvSq everything improved.

Not only was I able to eradicate all remnants of the herpes virus from my system in less than three weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just a week ago, in front of everybody in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This program gave me back the chance to be happy and experience real love again. Now I hope that I can help others too by sharing this story.

You can completely eliminate the pain caused by shingles by applying the German cream called Penaten, Use sparingly, It stays on your skin even in water or when you perspire., In Canada, it is available in every pharmacy without prescription. It is the reason why the German language has no word for diaper rash.
