There are hints that we will indeed remember. However, our perspective is going to change drastically. We will not remember our family as our family, but rather individual souls that had the opportunity for salvation and took it, or did not take it. Remember, God said He will wipe every tear from our eye. That sounds like a memory cleansing to me.

Think of death as a rebirth. When you were conceived and in your Mothers womb you were snug and warm.
If someone had come along and told you that you would soon pass on and go to a place that was bright, cold, dry and noisy and filled with challenges you would have been scared.
Well we all went through that process, and now we are in the living stage. When the soul passes on we will go to heaven and it will be peacefull and serene. We will remember the lessons taught to us here. That is why we are here to learn a lifes lesson.

John 5:28 shows that resurrection is future during the judgement day. When everyone will come back from the grave together or during the 1000 year rein of Christ.
But yes they will remember loved ones.

I believe we do. If not, what would our hope the Bible talks about really mean. Our hope is in being reunited with our loved ones for eternity. And how would we be aware of and thankful to Jesus if we had no memory of our life on earth and remembering how He saved us. This life is preparation for the next, and our memories are part of who we really are. God wouldn't offer comfort to us concerning those who die in the Lord if He didn't intend for us to know that we would see them again and recognize them and remember our life with them on earth. He's not going to wipe out our memories.

Yes, I think they will remember what got them to heaven (their good deeds and their patience during the hard times...etc). I also think they will remember their loved ones, especially the ones who love them back and pray for them even after they die.

good question. We can only assume and give an answer we think is true. I would hope that we'd remember our loved ones...but this question really has no answer until your time here is done.

Yes. We still remember our lives, what we did right and wrong. We will also have family there, and we will know them too. We keep all our knowledge, and we expound on that after death also.

No if they knew that a loved one did not make it then it would not be heaven.
