I can't imagine attributing the work of God to satan? What on earth do you mean? If a pot falls down and breaks, that is not the work of some diabolical force, it is the law of gravity. There is no malice in the pot falling. It falls. Period. No evil forces make it fall.

It sounds like you are engaging in the magical thinking in which children engage. It is not necessary to give intense metaphysical meaning to events that do not warrant it.

In other words, lighten up, stuff happens!

Sometimes, when God does things that we don't like or don't understand or are not comfortable for us, we say it's the devil's doing. We do not understand all that the Almighty God is doing, and we don't have His perspective on things. So, when things don't go as we'd like, we sometimes think the devil's behind it.

One summer, for example, I thought it was the devil at work when I was 'demoted' to second string on the girls' softball team at church when I really was a better player than the one who took my place. Because I wasn't as involved in sports that summer, I tried out for a play. I got the part and had a blast. Later, after that summer, I got an unmistakable and undeniable call of God to join a particular drama ministry. He was preparing me for that, but because I only see what's happening as it happens in the present -- not what it's going to mean in the future -- I did not see that it was He Who was behind it. All I saw was my own disappointment at being demoted.

The pharisees did exactly this. Jesus had been preaching about the Kingdom of God and claimed to have been sent by God. He performed miracles, including healing and casting out demons. The pharisees were uncomfortable with this young teacher's sayings; in fact, they hated Him. After he had cast out demons, they began to say that He cast out demons by the power of the prince of demons - in other words, He was working for God, and they claimed He was an ambassador of the devil. It was at this point He warned them about the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.

I would say so.. but I think the things that God does are a bit different in nature.. like giving you enough brains to understand something.. or giving you good abilities to help you live your life...

God does not make you lose your job or get into car accidents.. though He could prevent them if He wished.

no, not at all.
This is not an easy sin to commit. Because you have to already have know the Lord, then knowingly attribute something that you KNOW is of the Holy Spirit to Satan instead. Its something you would do deliberately
