She forced me to write this Question and i hate her for it!*SIGH*any way heres her info
HIGHT 5'3
WEIGHT 117(i think...)
AGE 11
PANT SIZE kid:16 adult:7
SHIRT SHIZE kid:XLARGE/LARGE adult:MEDIUM
She wants to lose weight for summer and middle school.Shes drinking alot of water but does no exercise and finds no time for it but is eating smaller portions and she did somthing that shocked me she acually ate carrots as a snack.(i think she may have shocked herself as well)She wants to lose 37pounds.she does not want to spend money or get up xtra early unless she ABSALUTLY MUST.ANY IDEAS?

Im 21 married and had twins she wants to lose weight not me i lost my baby fat.so dont tell me im young.puft.

wow you girls are young, you want to be careful. I would start off with limiting your sugar intake. Don't eat any chocolate, chips, cookies, candy, little Debbie's snacks, etc. Stop eating fried food (fried chicken, french fries, chicken strips, onion rings etc), stay away from greasy foods & pastas. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, carrots are a good start. Try cutting up fruit and eating fruit as a snack too. Raisins are good, sugar-free jello or pudding are great too!
Try walking if she doesn't want to "exercise" do it in a fun way. Through a sport, or walking to school (try speed walking), at recess do monkey bars or walk the track. Get a dance video or tai bo (you won't even realize your exercising, they are a ton of fun). Most importantly, tell her to get her mom and dad involved, they do the cooking and grocery shopping, tell her to let them know how she feels, and see if she can get them on board too.

MY GOD 37 POUNDS!
She's fine the way she is now. If she wants more exercise, she can jog a couple days a week. When summer comes around, she can also go swimming. Even if it's not laps in the pool it's great fun and exercise.
Just tell her she doesn't need to lose 37 pounds.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

sorry to say but that is a good weight for 5'3 losing 37 lbs can be health damaging. now maybe 17lbs....but 37 is to much....she needs to get off her butt and exersise and eat 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones...even walking helps, since summer is coming up tell her to go swimming, my friend was 5'3 and 82lbs and she almost died from it at 12 so tell ur sister to be careful and tell her she is to young for diet pills...
