This guy gets this women pregnant and keeps her hostage in his house in the middle of nowhere. she manges to escape by jumping over a water fall. She ends up having the baby. At the end she tricks the guy in to thinking she was going to throw him (baby) out the window and he jumps after him and dies in the end. I watch this almost ten years ago and it's been bugging me I don't know any actors in it. IT'S NOT HIDE AND SEEK.

Actually, this is "Hide and Seek", just not the 2005 De Niro / Fanning film.
It is a Canadian B-film (Darryl Hannah, Jennifer Tilly) that went straight to video.
I found the title by Googling some of the key words.
