It has a paint Icon. And I know it is a picture, as it is from a collection of pics I have on a cd that is very old. But Paint con't read it. I tried changing it to a .bmp, still nothing. I tried opening it with coral Poto magic. That didn't work either.This is my forth or fifth computer. I started with windows 95 And have progressively moved up. I now have Windows Media player 2000 XP. From HP.
