Wow! A zillion years ago when I was in high school, if we did not get naked to shower, it dropped our grade. So essentially, we had no "choice" or privacy.
We girls took a "pass" when it was our period, but the P.E. teacher kept track of the number and frequency of our "passes" and if it did not fit into the 25-35 day pattern, we had to answer why. Sometimes our Mothers were even called into the meeting with the P.E. teacher. School nurse, too.
I'm sure it is different today. Now there is the A.C.L.U. Yeah, I know those were the "tough old days," but you know...we never had any school shootings! Just something to consider.

My question is why people continue to walk around naked when their done showering and carry on conversations in the locker room that way. Fat, middle-aged men.

Why would you shower any other way? If the purpose of a shower is to clean your skin, then you'll only be able to clean it if it's completely exposed to the soap and water...in other words - naked.
Privacy is certainly not an issue. Being seen naked is not big deal...not being clean is.

I'm see nothing werid to shower in naked at the changing room.I'm usually taken my shower in naked too in the locker room.Is that werid to do???
We do need privacy,but during the shower I'm think U just thinking too much for that!

I never gave it much thought, I was too
busy taking my own shower, to notice
what anybody else was doing. I guess
I was one of the butt naked ones.

I think it depends on the country they are from. Some countries like UK are so open about it and its a matter of nature to them...they just take it without extra attention unlike north americans.
may be thats the reason...their standard of privacy might be on something else..like showing their marks

You're SUPPOSED to shower naked. Wearing panties or such in the shower can lead to yeast infections.
If you're so bothered by that, quit looking at them.

How else are you gonna shower? Maybe they don't have the body hangups you do... who did that to you? Filled your head with ideas about the nude human body being bad, or something to shy about? Get over it and get nekkid!
