Is bowling a good first date?

i enjoy bowling alot, and i think that it's game that it doesn't matter how good you are and it's more about having fun..... but i'm just a guy. Could i get some opinions?

yea i've done that as a first date and second dates and such on. its really just about having fun. most bowling allys have pool tables too. thats fun. its good cuz you can talk and communicate and get to know each other but your busy so it wont be awkward silence.

some people would say let her win. personally i dont cuz i think thats kind of degrading to obviously lower your standards for her benefit. and if your evenly matched competition makes it a lot more fun...as long as you keep it light hearted.

I think bowling would be a very good first date. I'm not good at it, but it's still a lot of fun and not too expensive. I went to the Rodeo with my husband on our first date.

I think its a pretty good first date.Thats where I went for my first date...like a few weeks ago.Bowling itsn't really a competition sport to me either.I've been bowling for 9 years almost and I've always bowled for fun,even in tournaments!But the cool part is you can get scholarships and a bunch of cool stuff too.

Ummmmmmmmm... if a guy took me on a "first date" to the bowling alley, I would think he is not interested in me as a date but rather a friend. Just my opinion, though.

okay, if she's into bowling, then that would be fine.

if she's the prissy, "oh my god i cannot break my new nails" type, then, NO, don't take her to the bowling alley.

i think it would be a fun date!! :)
